Offshore support W2W vessel ‘Notus Express’ with access system
Danish provider of offshore service vessels A1 Offshore Solutions ApS and lifting and offshore equipment specialist KenzFigee have signed a cooperation agreement to jointly offer a cost efficient and safe Walk-to-Work vessel solution.
The Walk-2-Work solution comprises A1 Offshore Solutions’ offshore support vessel ‘Notus Express’, equipped with a Kenz Figee Active Motion Compensated (ACM) access system to provide a safe and easy access to offshore structures. The 26-meter 3D gangway offers unique features, including a 1-tonne lifting capability and zero docking pressure, making it versatile in its use. In addition to the installed walk-to-work system from KenzFigee, the vessel ‘Notus Express’ is fitted with a purpose-built accommodation block in 2018.
