Pondera and Eneco have concluded a framework agreement. The agreement covers all kinds of activities, from the initiation phase to the building phase of various sustainable energy projects.
The Dutch consultancy and energy company have already been working together for several years on various wind projects in the Netherlands, including the Maasvlakte 2 project where Pondera was closely involved in the tender preparation phase, the Oranjepolder wind farm, and the Nieuwe Waterweg wind farm for which Pondera wrote the EIA and provided support during the permit procedure.
At the initiative of Eneco, the companies have concluded a framework agreement to formalise the cooperation. According to Pondera, Eneco has indicated that it will conclude such contracts with various parties to be able to purchase services more quickly and securely at a competitive price, For Pondera it offers more security.
“We have enjoyed working with Eneco for a few years now. Such a framework agreement helps to develop that cooperation into a partnership,” says Hans Rijntalder, Director of Pondera.
The agreement covers all kinds of activities, from the initiation phase to the building phase of various sustainable energy projects. The activities include, among others, drawing up a feasibility scan, preparing permit applications and supporting the tendering process for the contracting of the various projects.
