Visser & Smit Hanab (V&SH) is combining its cable activities with the activities of Volker Energy Solutions. From November, they will continue as a high-voltage specialist under the name Volker Energy Solutions, as a business unit and subsidiary of Visser & Smit Hanab within the Koninklijke VolkerWessels group.
By joining their activities, V&SH and Volker Energy Solutions are responding to an ever-increasing demand for electricity from end-users and suppliers as a result of the energy transition, with the market increasingly having to organise its own connections and substations.
By adding the cable activities, Volker Energy Solutions is now able to offer its cutomers the complete package from feasibility study to realisation and maintenance of high-voltage routes and stations.

Visser & Smit Hanab has been active in the field of overhead and underground pipeline and cable infrastructure for over 150 years. Volker Energy Solutions is expert in the field of complex high-voltage in the design, realisation and maintenance of high-voltage substations for public and private customers.
