CORROSION and ProCon announced on 25 November at the WindEurope Electric City event in Copenhagen a new strategic partnership to enhance their Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) system offering to customers around the world.
By teaming up, Dutch anti-corrosion and anti-fouling solutions provider CORROSION and ProCon, Danish provider of electrical and technical solutions to the global renewable industry, can serve customers through a larger combined network of local offices to offer local content and local know-how, together with providing more detailed technical information about their ICCP systems.
The partnership already builds on a strong joint track record, with CORROSION and ProCon already having worked together on ICCP systems for over 500 wind turbine foundations worldwide.
Niels Ros, Manager Offshore Wind at CORROSION: “We are proud to be the world’s leading provider of ICCP systems for wind turbines, and share ProCon’s focus on sustainability. By teaming up with ProCon, we will be able to draw on one another’s considerable experience and expertise, which will mean even better ICCP solutions and service levels for our many customers.”
Thomas Padfield, Head of Brand & Brand Development: “By working closer together, we will be able to offer greater value for our customers in terms of quality, transparency, efficiency, interface minimization and cost competitiveness. What’s more, this partnership will enable us to support larger and more sustainable solutions across the world.”
