The six turbines at the Dutch Klaverspoor wind farm have been finished by MDWind.
The Klaverspoor wind farm is built by Vattenfall along the A16 highway in West Brabant. Six wind turbines are located along the A16 in the Binnen-Moerdijk polder at the Klaverpolder junction in the Klaverspoor wind farm.
The turbines are of the N149 / 5X type, with a hub height of 135 meters, and are provided by Nordex Group. The wind farm is projected to have an installed capacity of 34.2 MW, and it will provide enough power annually to meet the average yearly usage of almost 30,000 Dutch families.
The Klaverspoor wind farm is part of the West Brabant Energie A16 project. Streepland Wind Farm, Galder Wind Farm, Zonzeel Wind Farm, and 8 turbines surrounding the Hazeldonk are also included. These add up to a total of 28 wind turbines.
