IQIP launches new integrated Vibro-Hydrohammer combination for complex offshore foundation projects

IQIP has launched its fully integrated Vibro-Hydrohammer combination which merges the company’s brand new vibrohammers with its proven Hydrohammer® impact hammers. The combination is specially designed to maximize efficiency and precision in demanding offshore (wind) foundation projects.

Powered by a single type of multi-functional powerpack compatible with both technologies and all controlled by the C-36 wireless remote-control system, this powerful combination is to simplify on-site operations and deliver efficiency and reliability for the most challenging foundation projects, IQIP states. All equipment is available for rental and purchase.

New technology building on proven excellence

IQIP introduces two series of vibrohammers: the fixed moment F-series and the variable moment Z-series. They are fully integrated with IQIP’s Hydrohammer® impact hammers. For over four decades, IQIP’s S-series hydrohammers have been pivotal in complex piling and foundation projects. The new Vibro-Hydrohammer combination delivers familiar quality and reliability, while providing a faster, smarter, cost-effective approach to overcoming any installation challenge.

“The fully integrated Vibro-Hydrohammer solution is optimized for challenging and complex project requirements. Work can start using one of our new vibratory hammers to achieve high-speed, noise-reduced installation until reaching refusal. From that point on, an IQIP hydrohammer delivers the power and precision needed to reach target depth in hard soils.” – Robert Diepenbroek, CEO of IQIP.
